Having now used the cooktop for
a weekend, just wanted to let you
know it’s awesome. It’s the best
range / cooktop that I've used
vastly superior to the Thermador.
The burners are great, and the
spacing is excellent……. From a
cooking perspective you seem to
have the best product. I’d like to
see it side by side with some of
the (expensive) ones.

I like the cooktop very much and it has performed to my expectations. It is a beautiful
piece of equipment and I have had many favorable comments on its appearance.
I have cooked a range of foods on all burners using various heat settings. I have used
low settings even on the largest (18K) BTU and was not disappointed with the results. I
did a stir-fry and the meat and vegetables fried. The meats fried, sealing in the juices
and did not release water nor did the vegetables. I think that (Super burner) heat is a
great feature. I also cooked a large pot of spaghetti sauce and simmered on the
burner. It too performed to my expectations. The large burner brought a pot of water to
a boil fast enough for my expectations.
